Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your data from Whistle AI, operated by Motive Innovation Co., Ltd. ("we"), including data we received from external platforms you connected to Whistle, such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok or Google Ads accounts. You can use any of the methods below.

1. Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] with:

• The email address of your Whistle account (to verify your identity)
• What you want deleted: your entire Whistle account, or only the data received from a specific platform (e.g. Meta)
• The name of the connected platform, if applicable

If you write from a different address, we may send a confirmation email to your account address before deleting.

2. Delete your entire Whistle account

Log in to the Whistle app (whistle-ai.com/app; buyers: /app/buyer) → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm with your account email. Deleting your account also makes any data received from connected platforms subject to deletion.

3. Remove Whistle's access on the platform

You can also remove Whistle's access directly on the platform. After that, Whistle can no longer receive data from it. To delete data already stored in Whistle, please also send a request using method 1.

• Facebook / Instagram (Meta): Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select Whistle → Remove
• TikTok / Google: in your account settings, open the connected (third-party) apps section and remove Whistle's access

4. Timeline and confirmation

• We delete the data within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm by email.
• What we delete: platform access tokens; account, advertising and performance data received from the platform; and, for a full account deletion, your Whistle account data.
• Records we are legally required to keep (for example under Korean e-commerce law) are stored separately for the required period and then destroyed. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods.
